Ticket IDs change
Zendesk assigns new ticket IDs. We store the original HubSpot ticket ID as a custom field so your team can always cross-reference.
Pipeline stages vs Zendesk statuses
HubSpot's pipeline stages are mapped to Zendesk ticket statuses. We validate the mapping with you before any data moves.
HubSpot workflows vs Zendesk triggers
HubSpot workflows cannot be transferred directly. We document existing automation and help recreate it as Zendesk triggers.
CRM associations
HubSpot's deep CRM associations (deals, quotes) are not part of the ticket migration. Ticket-to-contact and ticket-to-company links are preserved.
