Ticket IDs change

Zendesk assigns new ticket IDs. We store the original Zoho Desk ticket ID as a custom field so your team can always cross-reference.

Department mapping

Zoho Desk departments are mapped to Zendesk groups or brands. We validate the mapping with you before migration starts.

Zoho workflows vs Zendesk triggers

Zoho Desk workflow rules cannot be transferred directly. We document existing automation and help recreate it in Zendesk.

Knowledge base

Zoho Desk knowledge base articles can be migrated to Zendesk Guide. Zendesk Guide must be enabled on your plan.
